COVID-19 forced all participants in the healthcare landscape to use connected health solutions, which allowed patients to see the ease of use and convenience that is associated with these solutions. Patients were already beginning to demand a better patient experience, and connected health delivers on that demand.

Will shifts in consumer behaviors related to fitness, wellness, chronic care management, and care for senior populations outlast the COVID-19 crisis?
