by Julia Homier | Sep. 10, 2013

Parks Associates is hosting a digital health webcast, “Connected Medical Devices: Driving Connected Care” on September 26 at 1:00 PM Central Time.

During this webcast, Harry Wang will examine current ownership and usage of health-based devices and software that benefit both consumers and care providers. He will also discuss the future of connected medical devices in an ACO environment and the FDA regulation challenges faced by device makers.

Research from Parks Associates shows a gap between usage of and interest in digital health devices. For example, 6% of caregivers use webcams and an additional 30% have considered using them.
