Director of Home Controls and Energy to Speak at Home Energy Management Conference This Week

Tom Kerber, Director of Home Controls & Energy Research at Parks Associates, will present new home energy and Internet of Things (IoT) research during the session "Understanding the Role of Utilities and Value Added Services in a Smart Home" at the Home Energy Management Conference on Thursday, August 7, 11:00-11:45 A.M., Sacramento, California.  Mr. Kerber will also discuss the numerous opportunities for utilities to participate in the smart home market, including partnerships, new monetization strategies, and strategies to leverage big data, connected devices, and the IoT.
