80% of U.S. SMBs have concerns about using cloud-based services
IoT research firm announces new reports examining technology needs of SMB markets
Parks Associates announced new primary and industry research today examining the technology needs of SMBs (small-to-medium businesses) in the U.S. market. The international research firm finds that 91% of U.S. SMBs use antivirus/malware protection software and 77% use cloud storage/backup services, although 80% of SMBs have concerns about using cloud-based services.

New research report examines SMB familiarity with and interest in new IT and support services
Parks Associates today announced new SMB tech support research examining the support market for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. IT and Support Services for Small Businesses finds that SMBs, which have between 1 and 250 employees, spend only $90 to $150 per month for IT services, including server maintenance, virus protection, and backup services.

New research identifies small business adoption and usage of IT and cloud solutions
New research from Parks Associates finds strong familiarity with standard IT services is low among small businesses (SMBs), including only 28% of U.S. SMBs that are very familiar with cloud-based storage and backup services.
