Individuals looking to get into shape may wish to purchase a fitness tracker to help them achieve their personal goals. MobiHealthNews.com recently reported on a study conducted by Parks Associates which found that fitness trackers aren't abandoned as commonly as has been reported. For example. 68 percent of users of the Fitbit line of products report they use their device everyday, and seniors are turning to these devices more frequently, with 33 percent of individuals in this age group stating they now use a device of this type.
