Hot-wired for expansion: Businesses capitalize on home buyers' desire to prewire

The Denver PostThe market for prewired homes will be worth $1 billion nationally between 2000 and 2004, according to a forecast by Dallas-based Parks Associates market research firm. Parks also forecast that half of all new homes will be prewired by the end of 2004.
