iYogi announced today that Larry Gordon, President, Global Channels, iYogi, will be participating as a speaker at the upcoming CONNECTIONS(TM) Conference, co-located at CTIA, May 20-May 23 in Las Vegas. Larry Gordon will participate in the session "Extending the Customer Relationship through Tech Support," on Wednesday, May 22 at 11:15 PT. The interactive panel session, moderated by Patrice Samuels, Research Analyst, Parks Associates, examines how the expansion of tech support business models creates opportunities for service providers, CE manufacturers, and retailers to build long-term relationships with consumers.
