Roku fights Apple with new movie store

Bloomberg reports the Saratoga company's boxes offer access to its M-GO online store to order movies and TV shows from different studios. They also offer a new remote that features one-click access to streaming services such as Netflix, Blockbuster and Amazon.com's Instant Video. Roku has sold more than 5 million of its set-top boxes and holds 37 percent of the market, according to Parks Associates, compared with Apple TV's 24 percent.
