By 2018, sales of networked medical devices will jump to 14 million units, up from 3.5 million units in 2013. Revenue from those devices will climb to $2.5 billion, up from $830 million in 2013 according to a report from Parks Associates. That represents a 34% compound annual growth between 2013 and 2018.
