Parks: Revenue growth expected for SMB tech-support providers
Support services providers focused on the small- to midsize-business segment should see healthy revenue growth, with Parks Associates predicting a 14.4% compound annual growth rate through the next three years. The main drivers are network complexity challenges, the bring-your-own-device trend and cloud services demand. Data backup, storage and collaboration needs are also driving SMBs to use tech-support services, according to the report.
