Telehealth consultations are anticipated to become a larger part of everyday health care, according to Parks Associates, a market research company with a focus in emerging consumer technology products and services.

Parks Associates anticipates that doctor video consultations will nearly triple from 5.7 million in 2014 to more than 16 million in 2015.
