The smart home represents a significant opportunity for us. According to data from ABI Research, the global market for home safety and home security sensors and connected devices is estimated to grow from $1.4 billion in 2015 to $4 billion in 2019. At the same time, Parks Associates estimates that over the past four years, cable and telco providers have successfully added home security and automation services to their offerings, gaining an estimated 14% share of professionally monitored security systems in US broadband households.
