That 1TB hard drive may be plenty now, but not for long

According to research firm Parks Associates, the average consumer household currently has approximately 298GB of digital media, which will reach approximately 898GB of digital media by 2012. In other words, if you have a 1TB equipped Mac today, such as iMac, it won’t be able to handle all your digital storage needs in another three years, if the gang at Parks Associates is correct.
