“A lot can be said about watching what you want on a Friday night. But when I’m getting ready in the morning, I’m not going to mess with on demand content. I want live streaming news, weather, celebrity gossip. We’ll never get to a world where everything is on demand. We really don’t want that. Sports is a good example where the value isn’t the same.” John Barrett, director of consumer analytics at Dallas-based Parks Associates.
