Wire's new call center to hire up to 500 here
2Wire is poised for more growth as the telecom providers it serves move into the TV business, analysts said. By 2010, about one in six U.S. households will subscribe to video service provided by a phone company, said Kurt Scherf, who tracks the company for research firm Parks Associates in Dallas.
"With this new service center, 2Wire is laying the groundwork for what they're expecting to be strong future growth," he said.
