New consumer research outlines consumer engagement strategies for care providers
New research from Parks Associates shows only 4% of U.S. patients with three or more chronic conditions have a care coordinator and only 35% have two or more care providers. Most patients rely on their primary care doctor for routine exams, which creates significant potential for care providers to expand their roles and improve the patient experience through connected healthcare solutions.
