  While the US cable industry continues to bleed subscribers, telcos Verizon and AT&T have been on the receiving end – adding new pay TV customers. This morning Verizon announced that it had added 192,000 new FiOS TV customers, swelling its ranks to 3.7 million. Amazon has announced its Cloud Drive and Cloud Player solutions, which provides consumers with the means to store music, photos, and videos in Amazon's datacenters and access them from any computer. The Cloud Player  allows users to browse and select content from computers with a variety of Web browers. An Android version is available for smartphones and tablets, but it only allows for the playback of music. CNET has a good overview of the solutions.
