A Parks Associates survey reports that 43 percent of U.S. households create their own digital content as digital videos to share with friends and family. But only 6 percent of broadband households are making backups of their files in a safe and secure remote location. This growing volume of files need to be secured and stored as even computers are not entirely risk free, the report said.
