Troy is the President of Central Florida Alarm Services, Inc. and is the Florida License Holder for the company. He has been actively involved in the Security Industry for 38 years. He sees the industry through the eyes of a small installing dealer and strives to help them build professional relationships that improve their operations. He has been involved in several dealer groups throughout his career and cherishes the friendships he has been able to make along the way. He is married to his wife, Terry, and has two children, Kaley and Troy IV. When not working, Troy spends time fishing or doing chores on his small ranch.

Troy graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.

Jennifer manages the research department and Parks Associates' process for producing high-quality, relevant, and meaningful research. Jennifer also leads and advises on syndicated and custom research projects across all connected consumer verticals and guides questionnaire development for Parks Associates’ extensive consumer analytics survey program. Jennifer is a certified focus group moderator, with training from the Burke Institute.

Jennifer earned her PhD in religion, politics, and society and an MA in church-state studies from Baylor University. She earned her BA in politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
